Error handling overview

ElfUI's error handling is divided into four layers:

Compilation Diagnostics	Vite Plug-in and Macro Compiler Diagnostics

Business components prioritize locally handling recoverable errors. The global handler is suitable for log reporting and in-depth reminders.
